Every market is different, and we get a lot of questions on the best way to vend with us. So, here are some specifics you will want to know if you plan to be a vendor at Artist Alley Clematis.
*We are partnered with the City of West Palm Beach for their weekly live music event, Clematis By Night; a Rain or Shine Event. This is a Non-Refundable Event.
*As this is a Rain or Shine Event, we recommend all tents come prepared with Emergency Sidewalls to protect you and your merchandise from any possible rain.
*Bring a tarp (or two) to cover your table(s) and art items in the case of unexpected rain and wind. Florida weather can shift drastically and we always come prepared.
*All artists must provide their own tables, chairs, battery-powered lights, and tent. All tents must be weighted.
Wind is unpredictable and we can't have any tents flying away, so all tents must have weights if you plan to attend.
Set-up time is 4:00pm and break down at 9:00pm sharp as soon as the band ends their final set. All vendors are allowed to quickly pull up onto South Clematis Street for a few minutes before and after the event to unload/load belongings.
*Parking is provided by the Parking Garage on Banyan and Narcissus for a fee ranging from $15-19, or you may use one of the small Parking Lots on Narcissus just south of Clematis for a higher fee of $36, although much closer to the event site.
*Vendors are asked to promote the event they are attending that week/day on their social media platforms, especially Instagram, where we do all of our event promotions. This helps all of the vendors to stay engaged, cross-promote and show support to the other artists, and create more buzz around the event, which brings more potential customers for all.
*All vendors must secure their spots in advance by paying the vendor fee thru the invoice emailed to them from ArtistAlleyClematis.com, due upon receipt.
